Spent half the day trying to fix this and finally got in touch with someone who could help. Shoutout to Anthony, you're the 🐐. Got my account back and (hopefully) this won't happen again.

Going to leave this video up as a warning. Everyone of you should:
1) NEVER tell someone your PSN ID email
2) Consider using a fake name on your account
3) Make sure you have 2-factor authentication on
